At Mathias Nurseries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
